The above mentioned prices are for 2 people. Each additional person 12,00 € per day. Prices are for a stay of min. 7 days. Under 7 days, a supplement of + 5 € per day will be charged. Children (sharing an apartment with their parents) under the age of 3 are free. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 receive a 50% discount.

 

The prices are per person and night.

Remarks

• These prices are exclusive of the local tax of € 1.00 per person/ night (children under the age of 14 are excluded from this tax).
• Cots are available free of charge upon request.
• A beauty treatment, free of charge, is included upon booking of one week. You may choose from a selection of three different treatments.
• Small animals are permitted but a surcharge of € 20.00 applies for the final cleaning of the appartment.

Cancellation policy::

Already, something can happen before you travel. Case of late booked stay, or even not taken up or prematurely, according to EU standards cancellation fee can be charged:

• 4 months before arrival cancellation free of charge.
• From 4 months to 4 weeks prior to arrival we will charge four days of the tour price.
• Over the last 4 weeks, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price.

In the case of early departure, you pay the price for the day and enjoyed 80% of the agreed price for the agreed remaining, but unused services.
